Location: The small hotel Rigas Boutique impresses across the board. Stylish design, a breathtaking location, and attentive service make the property a place for unforgettable, relaxing holidays. Built directly on a cliff, the hotel offers a dreamlike view of the village of Afitos as well as the deep blue water of the Gulf of Toroneos. The sandy/pebble beach is 250 m away, located below the hotel; shopping facilities can be found in the vicinity. The nearby village of Afitos, with its winding streets and typical Greek charm, invites you to take a stroll, and you can relax in its taverns and bars. A bus stop is approximately 600 m away. The airport is reached after approximately 75 km.

Facilities: This modern design hotel with a total of 50 rooms is presented in an "industrial design" style, combining a raw charm with every comfort. Managed with great care, the hotel offers guests a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi (included), the "Tuna Fish" restaurant, and a bar. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are 2 pools; the main pool is heated and features a large panoramic sun terrace and a cozy pool bar with a wonderful view over the sea. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach.

Accommodation:

Double room: The double rooms are located in the annex building just a few steps from the main building. They feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, smart TV, a double bed or 2 single beds, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), as well as a balcony or terrace (D). All amenities in the main building can be used by guests. Optionally available as a double room for single use (DE).

Double room sea view: These modernly furnished rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, smart TV, a double bed or 2 single beds, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DM).

Double room sea view swim up: The rooms are located on the lower floor, directly by the main pool. With the same features as the double room sea view, they have a furnished terrace plus 2 sun loungers and an umbrella (MBS). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Executive Deluxe Suite sea view: The spacious suites consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping area. Further amenities include a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, safe, refrigerator, espresso machine (daily refill with 4 capsules), coffee/tea maker (daily refill), bathrobes and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace with a stunning sea view (XDS).

Double room deluxe sea view: The double room deluxe sea view rooms were renovated for summer 2025 and feature air conditioning, ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), espresso machine (daily refill with 2 capsules), refrigerator, smart TV (43 inches), safe, Wi-Fi, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, vanity mirror, bathrobes, slippers, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DDM).

Meals:

Breakfast/Half board: The day begins with delicacies from a small buffet, which can be enjoyed on the terrace. For dinner (menu selection), our guests can assemble their meal from a selection of salads, appetizers, main courses, and desserts.

Wellness: The private spa area offers guests a whirlpool as well as a sauna and hammam with a wonderful view of the sea. Guests can reserve the spa area for 1-4 people and enjoy relaxation in privacy (the first visit to the spa area is free for 45 minutes). Various massages and beauty treatments can be booked on-site (for a fee).

Hotel service: Parking at the hotel is included.
