Do you enjoy analyzing data, improving processes, and seeing real impact from your work? We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will help us take our sales and after‑sales processes to the next level.
In your daily work, you will focus on:
- Analyzing key sales and after‑sales metrics, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions.
- Mapping and optimizing sales processes across the organization.
- Collaborating with the digital product manager on implementing system changes based on business needs.
- Creating reports, dashboards, and analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinating cooperation between the sales, analytics, and IT teams.
- Identifying opportunities for process automation and driving their implementation.
- Supporting the development of analytical models aimed at improving sales performance.
What we expect from you:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw accurate conclusions.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with tools such as Power BI or MS Excel.
- English at a level enabling communication in an international environment (B2).
- Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Independence, initiative, and solid organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An advantage would be if you…
- can manage initiatives at the intersection of sales and analytics,
- have knowledge of SQL and experience working with large databases,
- are familiar with AI/ML tools and their application,
- have experience in the travel industry.
